Our story
The Corporate Officer was established in Atlanta in 2026 as the investment and strategic partnership platform of 3 United Equity Group. Founded by Anthony Whetstone, the firm was created to connect strong operators with capital, institutional relationships, and the operating infrastructure required for sustainable growth.
The firm's premise has never changed: relationships are the currency of growth. Deals come and go; relationships compound. We invest where we can be a genuine partner, in real estate, in established operating companies, in inclusive businesses, and increasingly in the creator-led brands reshaping how audiences become enterprises.
Investment philosophy
We buy into businesses, not spreadsheets. That means we care about the operator as much as the asset, we underwrite what a business actually does for the people who pay it, and we hold long enough for good decisions to matter.
